Services

What we do, what you get, and what we will not do

Four core services, three engagement models, and a clear statement of the boundaries. Scope is set after a free orientation call, once we both know what the work actually is.

Core Services

Four ways clients work with us

01 · Due Diligence

Partner & Company Due Diligence

Nigerian corporate information is fragmented and easy to dress up. A convincing website, a registration number and a warehouse photograph prove almost nothing on their own. We verify corporate legitimacy and CAC filings, ownership and beneficial interest, whether claimed operational capacity actually exists, physical sites where relevant, and market reputation — then set out the red flags plainly.

You receive: a written verification report with findings, evidence, unresolved questions and a clear recommendation — proceed, proceed with conditions, or walk away.

02 · Market Entry

Market Entry — Done For You

The sequence matters more than the paperwork. We identify your sector regulator and its capital floor, coordinate CAC incorporation at the correct share capital, handle NIPC registration and the Ministry of Interior business permit, introduce banks that handle eCCI competently, guide capital importation tranche by tranche, and support expatriate quota, permits, stakeholder mapping and launch.

You receive: a sequenced roadmap with owners and dates, coordination with qualified counsel and bankers, and written progress reporting throughout.

03 · Advisory

Strategic Advisory & Retainers

Nigerian regulation, FX policy and sector conditions move faster than most foreign boards review them. We run FDI strategy and entry-route modelling, bespoke research and sector briefs, competitor and incumbent mapping, regulatory change monitoring, stakeholder and decision-maker mapping, and continuous opportunity monitoring.

You receive: scheduled written briefings, direct founder access, and someone in Lagos whose job is to notice when something moves.

04 · Deals & Trade

Deal & Partner Facilitation, Export Execution

Nigerian export chains are long and heavily intermediated — buyers routinely deal with someone three steps from the goods, which is where both the margin and the risk quietly sit. We identify suppliers against your criteria, verify capability and capacity before any introduction, structure the introduction, support negotiation and export execution, and where agreed execute the export directly.

You receive: a ranked, verified counterparty shortlist with written notes, coordinated introductions, and execution support through to shipment.

Engagement Models

Three ways to start

Every structure is agreed in writing before work begins.

O

Orientation call

Thirty minutes, free. What you are trying to do, what you have already committed to, and whether Nigeria is the right market for it. You leave with a straight answer either way and no obligation.

Free

P

Scoped project

A defined piece of work with a defined deliverable — a due diligence report, a sector brief, a partner search, an entry roadmap. Fixed fee, agreed timeline, written output.

Fixed fee — quoted after scoping

R

Advisory retainer

Ongoing representation, monitoring and execution support for clients actively building in Nigeria. Fixed monthly scope, direct founder access, written reporting.

Monthly — scope-dependent

On fees. We quote after the orientation call rather than from a price list, because a partner search in marine logistics and a partner search in packaged food are not the same job. What we will not do is bill for a market you should not enter — if that is our read, you get it on the free call.

Additional Sectors & Advisory Capabilities

Specialist commercial capability

We work across sectors. Our network and sector knowledge run deepest in these.

Specialist

Blue Economy & Marine Market Development

Lagos is a lagoon city with chronic road congestion and an under-built water-transport network, and state policy has favoured expansion. The commercial gap is vessels, jetty infrastructure, safety systems and operator capability — with route licensing and vessel certification the diligence that decides viability.

Market-entry, partnership and commercial advisory. Bee Moore Advisory is not a marine engineering or vessel-operating company.

Specialist

Tourism, Hospitality & Destination Development

International visitor infrastructure in Lagos is thin relative to demand, and the Lagos East corridor is where the city physically expands. Land title chain — not market size — is the risk that ends most projects here.

Advisory capability

Entertainment & Creative Industries

Nigerian music, film and creator output travels globally while the commercial infrastructure around it remains uneven. Rights ownership, chain of title and existing contractual encumbrances need establishing before capital moves, not after.

Sector experience and an active area of interest. Not a claim of completed transactions in this sector.

Bounded scope

Government & Public-Sector Opportunity

Federal and state procurement is a genuine market that foreign firms routinely misread — usually by underestimating registration requirements and payment cycles rather than by losing on price. We support opportunity and tender intelligence, eligibility assessment, local partnering, and lawful stakeholder engagement.

We never imply or facilitate influence over contract awards, and we do not represent or claim endorsement from any government body.

Boundaries

What we do not do

Stated up front, because the firms that leave this vague are the ones you should worry about.

We are not lawyers or accountants

We do not file, advise on tax positions, or give legal opinions. We map the sequence, coordinate qualified professionals, and make sure nothing happens out of order.

We do not guarantee outcomes

No guaranteed returns, no guaranteed contract awards, no guaranteed market-entry success. Anyone offering those in this market is selling you something else.

We do not trade influence

We do not offer, imply or facilitate influence over public-sector decisions, and we will end an engagement that moves in that direction.

We do not take both sides quietly

We take no commission from the partners, suppliers or banks we assess for you. Any conflict is disclosed before work begins, or we decline.

Tell us what you are trying to build

The orientation call is free and there is no deck. Bring the specifics and you get a specific answer.
