Illustrative structures and live requirements
Across trade and export, foreign direct investment, market entry, public sector, partnerships, acquisitions, blue economy and tourism. These show how a deal is actually put together — the counterparties, the sequence, the diligence, and where the risk sits.
Read this first. Every card below is an illustrative deal structure, not a completed transaction. We do not publish client transactions, and we do not present hypotheticals as track record. What these demonstrate is method: who the counterparties are, what has to be verified, and in what order. If one is close to your situation, the useful next step is a conversation about yours.
Current requirements crossing our desk
Anonymised summaries of commercial demand reaching Bee Moore Advisory. Counterparty identities are never published — that confidentiality is the reason people send us requirements in the first place.
Have a requirement of your own? Send it and it goes on the radar anonymised — buyer side or supplier side. Most matches we make start as one line in an email.
Fee structures, stated plainly
Agreed in writing before any work begins. No structure below is charged twice for the same piece of work.
Success fee
A percentage of concluded transaction value on trade, partnership or acquisition mandates. We are paid when the deal closes, which aligns us with you closing a good one rather than any one.
Fixed project fee
For defined deliverables — a due diligence report, a sector brief, a partner search, an entry roadmap. Quoted after scoping, with an agreed timeline.
Monthly retainer
For clients with live Nigerian exposure needing continuous representation, monitoring and reporting. Fixed scope, fixed fee, written monthly.
None of these is quite your situation
They never are. Send us the actual one and you will get a straight read on whether it is executable, what it would take, and what it would cost.
