Adebayo spent more than sixteen years covering Nigerian business, government, policy and the economy as a working journalist before founding Bee Moore Advisory. That background is not decoration on a consulting page — it is the firm's actual method.
Sixteen years of reporting on Nigerian institutions teaches things that cannot be researched remotely: which agency actually decides a matter and which merely announces it, how to get a straight answer out of a ministry, how regulation moves from rumour to gazette, and how to tell an operator with real capacity from one with a good deck.
Market-entry work fails for the same reason weak reporting fails — someone accepted a convenient claim without checking it. A partner's stated distribution reach. A regulator's informal assurance. A cost estimate that assumes nothing goes wrong. The job is to check, and to say so plainly when the answer is inconvenient.

Alongside Bee Moore Advisory, Adebayo co-founded and serves as Executive Director of the Concerned Nation Builders Initiative, a CAC-registered NGO delivering community development projects across the five Local Government Areas of Lagos State's Epe Division. He is also Co-Founder and Country Director for Nigeria at Fovare, an edtech platform expanding access to education across emerging markets.
